The Software Design phase is key to creating efficient, reliable, and secure software tailored to your product's needs. This stage focuses on translating the product concept into high-quality, scalable software solutions that ensure seamless integration with hardware and other systems. At Zign, we prioritize flexibility and robustness during software design, enabling your product to perform consistently in real-world conditions. Based on the selected industrial design concept of the product enclosure, all mechanical parts of the product are detailed in 3D CAD models. Through rapid prototyping methods the mechanical parts become reality, ready for integration with the electronics and testing by the intended users.
A great design is one that can be manufactured efficiently. In the Industrialization phase we create the necessary production tooling (like moulds and test tooling) and prepare the setup of the production and assembly line including quality control. Small production batches are made for validation, certification and marketing purposes.
